I accomplished nothing today. I had to work, and by the time I got home, I was exhausted. I did still consider the idea of entering the short story I wrote yesterday into the contest I’d read about. And then I researched last year’s competition. There were over 8,000 entries! So, basically, I chickened out. How could a story that I wrote in about an hour compete with that? And it needs some editing and revision, too, which I just didn’t have time for tonight.
I’m a bit concerned at this point that I might not finish my NaNo novel this year.
